As a young agent David has been keen to take on the Northern Virginia area with a new approch to Real Estate.

As more and more information becomes avilable via the internet, David understands that most of your search can be conducted online. David is willing to work for you in any capacity that you need. If you wish to prepare a list of properties ahead of time and then have David show up to let you in, he can do that. If you dont have the time to do that much research he can prepare a list of properties for you or with you. He can conduct almost all corespondance via internet and phone, or we can meet at any convient location to help in your search.

On a more personal note David spent his childhood in the rolling hills of Western New York. He attend Binghamton University where he recieved a BS in Computer Science, and a Masters degree in Student Affairs. After floating around New York and Ohio for a number of years and jobs David found his passion in Real Estate in Virginia. He learned from the master Kathy Colville who has been working Real Estate magic in Northern Virginia for over twenty years.
